A Stroke of Insight
I offer this as a wonderful insight from a neuroscientist, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, into the nature not just of the brain but of perception of the 2 (at least) realities we all occupy. For me it has a ring because, although my experience was not as detailed, it has similarities to my experience of temporary "brain death" during a heart attack on 21-12-04.
I offer it to all my friends and listeners because of the moving enlightenment Dr. Taylor experienced and her vision of how living in a state of "nirvana" can affect our world, as all the great teachers have taught.
